Cool Japan Fund Inc. (CJF) has decided to invest up to 10 billion JPY in the Cool Japan-SBI Content Investment LPS (the "Fund"). The Fund primarily invests in start-ups in Japan's entertainment content industry to cultivate international demand and drive the growth of the industry.

In addition to investing in games, animation, manga, music, live-action video and other works, the Fund aims to invest in entertainment content businesses, particularly in content platforms and advanced technologies.

Through this investment, CJF supports business expansion and overseas expansion by providing risk capital to growth-stage start-ups in the entertainment content sector, where overseas demand is expected to increase. CJF aims to promote the overseas expansion of Japan's entertainment content industry.
